How do I place an order?
Simply select your desired hampers or alcohol, then click “Review Order & Checkout”. Double check your basket, and then click “checkout” if you are happy to proceed. Fill out your details in the checkout, select your pickup or delivery preferences, and add any order notes you need to. The final step will be to add a card and pay for your order, once payment has successfully been processed, that’s it!
How do I collect my order in-store?
To collect your order, you’ll need to visit the team in-store at Hill Street West Hobart on your nominated date and time slot. Their address is 70 Arthur Street. West Hobart, TAS 7000 – this will also be provided in your checkout email. Visit the Hill Street Home counter and give the team your order number, which will be provided in your checkout email, and they will grab your order and bring it to your vehicle if required.
How does delivery work?
If you’ve selected delivery, your order will be packed and dispatched on your nominated date within the prescribed delivery window. This information will be visible when checking out an order and provided to you in your checkout email. If your delivery is interstate, please allow 3-8 business days – we will provide tracking to ensure you can keep on top of your delivery.
Am I able to accrue and redeem Happiness Club points?
Yes, you are! When checking out an order, you will be prompted to add your Happiness Club account before payment. Once you have linked your Happiness Club account, you will be able to accrue points for all your online orders and you will also be able to redeem your points at the checkout to save on your total.
Please note that you will need to enter you 13 digit account number starting in “2723” to link your account. You can find this number if you log into your Happiness Club account online, or it will be at the bottom of a recent receipt if you shopped in-store and used your account. If you aren’t a Happiness Club member, need to log into your account, or would like to contact the support team – please click here.
