🎄 Christmas Delivery Timeframes & Cut-Offs 🎁
It’s the most wonderful (and busiest!) time of the year — so here’s what to expect when it comes to deliveries this Christmas, plus some important dates to help make sure your gift arrives in time.
🌸 Local Tasmanian Deliveries (Hobart, Devonport & Metro Areas) - Delivered by our local courior
We’ll do our very best to deliver on your preferred delivery date (which you can choose at checkout). In many cases, we can even deliver as soon as the next business day! Just be aware of the AusPost cut-off dates above to make sure your parcel gets lodged in time.
🌿 Regional Tasmania - Sent via Australia post.
Deliveries to regional areas usually take 2–5 business days. We’ll send you an email once your order has been dispatched — but during the Christmas rush, delivery times may vary. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver hampers containing perishable products to these locations. To ensure delivery before christmas, we suggest placing your order by Thursday December 18.
🚚 Mainland Metro Areas - Sent via Australia Post
For our mainland customers, deliveries typically take 3–8 business days. You’ll receive a dispatch email once your order is on the way. Timing depends on your location and courier schedules. Unfortunately, perishable hampers cannot be sent to these areas. To ensure delivery by Christmas we suggest placing your order by Monday December 15.
🌾 Regional Mainland (WA, QLD & NT)
Orders going to regional or remote mainland areas may take up to 8+ business days. We’ll notify you when your parcel leaves us — but please note, delivery times are more variable during the festive season. Again, perishable hampers are not available for these areas. To ensure delivery by Christmas we suggest placing your order by Monday December 15.
💡 Tip: To avoid missing the Australia Post cut-off dates (and reduce the risk of delays), we highly recommend placing your order as early as you can.
